Mary Ann has saved my child’s life. Even with the best of educations, my daughter was rudderless, with no idea of how to proceed. Working with Mary Ann, she found her dream job, moved into her own apartment and has made a comfortable, secure, satisfying life for herself. We are all delighted.

“My passion in life,” she says, “has been helping young people enter into purposeful, rewarding, successful lives.”

Mary Ann has a BA from Swarthmore College as well as a Masters of Divinity. In addition to her important work with young people, she has also served as a Chaplain at Marin General Hospital where she counseled patients and their families.

Mary Ann’s innovative approaches have been commended by the President of the United States, the California State Assembly and the Center for Volunteer and Non-Profit Leadership. Her work has been lauded by the media, including NPR and The Los Angeles Times. Just recently, she received the Community Impact Award from Working Solutions—an award created specifically to honor her accomplishments.
